Pneumatic system
The pneumatic system consists of a water gas separator, an oil mister, a pressure regulating valve, a directional control valve, and a cylinder.
In addition to providing compressed air for inflation molding, the pneumatic system also has the function of driving the cylinder. The filter pressure reducing valve of the pneumatic system regulates the system pressure, and the system pressure is generally adjusted to 0.4-0.6Mpa. The pressure is adjusted by first pulling the pressure adjustment handwheel up to the adjustment position, turning the handwheel, adjusting to the pressure gauge to display the required pressure, and then pressing the adjustment handwheel downward.
